In the time of COVID, we’ve been calling patients’ families or loved ones at the end of the procedure and letting them know exactly where we are in the procedure, how the patient is doing, how the procedure went, and what to expect in the next hour to 90 minutes in terms of another phone call with an update. 

We reunite the patient with their family or loved one at that time.
