Most of our patients are now able to go home on the same day. More than 50% of our patients go home the same day.
However, not everybody is a candidate for outpatient joint replacement. Those folks who are required to spend the night, either due to underlying medical comorbidities or insurance-based issues, typically will spend one night in the hospital and then go home the next day.
