Ask-a-Doc: How Will I Manage Any Pain I May Have After My Surgery?
Discover expert strategies for managing post-surgery pain effectively, including multimodal approaches, with Dr. Lombardi at JIS Orthopedics.
Hello, I’m Dr. Michael Morris.
We really don’t want you to bring too much. We certainly don’t want you to bring a bunch of valuables.
But bringing an identification card is very important. Your driver’s license or photo ID, along with your insurance card—those will be very helpful.
I would recommend keeping the valuables at home. You should also bring a loved one or a friend with you, especially if you’re going home the same day, to be able to drive you.
If you would like to know more about what to bring to your surgery, contact us at JIS Orthopedics. Our specialists in New Albany and St. Clairsville, Ohio, can give you the answers you are looking for. Schedule a visit with us today!
